QNB Qatar print campaign for the Asian Games in Doha
The bank was sponsoring the prestigious Asian Games held in Doha. They wanted a campaign that would reflect their added value as a bank while linking to the games.
We came up with a solution inspired by the iconography of the Olympics but with a banking twist. Each print ad showed a service or benefit from the bank as a sporting activity. Loans, Internet banking, Insurance and Account were among the executions. Inspired by the Munich Olympic pictograms by Otl Eicher, we created a banking pictogram for each print ad. Using QNB’s corporate colour “fuschia” meant the campaign would be striking and iconic during the period of the Asian games. This Campaign reinforced QNB’s leadership and the competitive edge when it comes to the banking sector in Qatar.
