Brand Campaign for flynas, the top budget airline company in Saudi Arabia
In 2017, new competitors entered the budget airline market. flynas wanted to reassure their customers that they are still the best in services when it comes to budget travel. We developed a brand campaign around the concept that flynas cater to all sorts of people with the same level of professionalism. Therefore reinforcing the claim that flynas are all about the people.
We identified the value-added services at flynas, from easy booking, rescheduling and cancelling flights, a loyalty program for a budget airline and the availability of business class seats.
We then identified the psychographic in the market whom these services would benefit. Like the king of the last minute, the one who cannot make up her mind, the always on time guy, the ones with a case of wanderlust, and the queen of rewards.
The film was a series of colourful vignettes centred on each of these people. The vibrant colours reflected the modern look and feel projected by flynas as a modern (10 years old) airline.
